Each year, our neighbors review plans, budgets, and board candidates at a late-January meeting. The next annual meeting of Green Meadows West Homeowners’ Association (GMWHOA) members is scheduled for January 2025.

Neighborhood Garage Sale: May 17-18, 2024 • Join your neighbors in attracting plenty of foot traffic and buyer interest in this annual event! • Signs should be removed from common areas NLT May 20.

Our Annual Summer Concerts at Dover Park! Scheduled on Fridays, 6:30 to 8 p.m. near the gazebo!
Dover Park, one of two publicly accessible private parks maintained by the association, is located at the intersection of Crescent Chase and Wellington Boulevard.

SUMMER YOGA IN DOVER PARK!
Meet us at 9 a.m. on scheduled Saturdays in Dover Park, one of two publicly accessible private parks maintained by the association, is located at the intersection of Crescent Chase and Wellington Boulevard.
Weather permitting, the 2023 Green Meadows West HOA-sponsored yoga sessions will be conducted on the following dates:
