Knapp Properties Inc. is the current management vendor for the Green Meadows West Homeowners Association.

Association Manager Ben McMenamin is the daily point-of-contact for Green Meadows West Homeowners Association members who have questions regarding timely payment of dues, homeowner responsibilities for proper maintenance and construction, upcoming board of directors meetings, and other concerns.

Homeowner-members dues are currently $231, paid twice yearly. Bills are issued on the first of January and July.
